MEDICINE GATHERING

We will begin with a small Dharma Talk, drink the medicine in tea form and then have space for some sacred silence followed by a sound bath and Medicine Music to support your experience. After we will be serving a delicious vegan soup.

You'll need to bring a comfortable mat bottle of water any pillow or blanket you'd like to use.
